  • Bouquets: To keep your bouquet looking fresh, place it in a vase with fresh water. Change the water every 1-2 days and trim the stems at an angle to help them absorb water better.

    Vase Arrangements: Place your vase arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat. Change the water every 1-2 days and remove wilted flowers.

  • Designer’s Choice is a curated floral experience where we select the blooms for you based on seasonality, freshness, and availability. All arrangements are ‘Designer’s Choice’. Our team will craft a beautiful arrangement using the freshest flowers we can source, creating a unique, one-of-a-kind design each time.

    Because flowers are subject to market availability, we cannot guarantee specific blooms. But rest assured — every arrangement is thoughtfully composed to be vibrant, seasonal, and full of personality.

  • Our Booking Process

    1. Submit Your Inquiry
      Start by completing our order form on our website. We’ll be in touch within 1 business day, though it may take up to 24–72 hours during busy periods.

    2. Receive Your Proposal
      If we’re available, we’ll send over a custom proposal and quote based on your floral vision. This includes a bespoke moodboard and pricing tailored to your request. Your quote is valid for 5 days, giving you time to review everything and ask any questions before confirming.

      For personal flower orders, you’ll receive an invoice instead of a full proposal to confirm your order.

    3. Secure Your Booking
      Once you’re ready, we’ll send your invoice for payment — and once that’s settled, you’re officially confirmed!

    4. Preview Your Arrangement
      1 day before your delivery, we’ll send you a photo of your arrangement(s) so you can see the blooms before they arrive.

    5. Enjoy Your Flowers
      Sit back and relax — we’ll handle everything and bring your floral vision to life!

  • Payment Policy

    • Full payment is due at the time of order.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on prep and material status.

    • Rush orders may cancel within 6 hours after payment.

  • For private gatherings, corporate, or branded events, Sisters Flora offers full-service, custom floral design with a $600 minimum.

    For smaller-scale events or workshops, please reach out — we’re happy to chat about à la carte or custom options to fit your vision.

    Please note events are subject to additional set-up/breakdown, delivery, and service fees.

    Payment Policy

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

    • Final payment is due 6 weeks before the event.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event are eligible for a refund minus the 50% deposit.

  • Delivery Fees:
    Delivery Flat Fee (*Manhattan & Brooklyn) - $30
    Rush Fee (2 day) - $45
    Event deliveries are subject to additional delivery fees.

    Where do you deliver?
    We currently service the Manhattan and Brooklyn area. If you live outside of these zones, please note an incremental surcharge will be added for delivery.

    When do you deliver?
    Our deliveries take place between 7am–7pm. While we do our best to accommodate general time ranges, we’re unable to guarantee an exact delivery time (not applicable to event bookings).

    If no one is available to receive the flowers, we’ll leave the arrangement in a safe spot — such as near the door or in the building lobby — and notify the recipient by text, email, or phone. Sisters Flora isn’t responsible for any arrangements that are damaged or stolen after delivery.

    Please double-check that all delivery details are correct so we can make sure your flowers reach their destination smoothly.

  • At Sisters Flora, we do our best to ensure every arrangement is fresh and full of life. Flowers are delicate and need a little care once they’re home.

    Please note we don’t offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste, color, or flower preference. All arrangements are Designer’s Choice, made with what’s freshest and most beautiful at the market. In the event of a quality issue, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
